We are continuing our work from last week about waves and waves at boundaries. We will complete the package and demonstrations as well as the consolidation questions.
Today is a continuation of where we left off yesterday.
Today is an introduction into the wonders of waves and sound. We are going to learn about the many different types of waves that exist, how they move, what characteristics they have, how they behave at boundaries, how the carry energy, etc. Waves are all around us and understanding the basic properties of them is crucial to understanding so many things in science, nature and ultimately our universe!
Today is our last review period before the test which will be on Thursday or Friday. We will discuss the date tomorrow.
Today we are extending our understanding of energy conservation and energy transformation to thermal energy and heat.
