Work period. We are continuing our work on the kinematics problems (Sections A, B and C). Numerical answers will be posted tomorrow.
Today we are working on the kinematics problems (sections A, B and C)...
This comes in three parts. Part A are the basic types, Part B involve more thinking and Part C involve more complicated type problems. You are expected to solve all 15 in preparation for the upcoming evaluations. Quick QuizThere is a quick 3 question quiz about acceleration and distance traveled without using the kinematics equations. Problems Involving Gravity
Today we are finishing up the derivations of the kinematics equations and working through the problems in the package. Please see Day 31 for downloads and video help tutorials.

Kinematics Assignment This comes in three parts. Part A are the basic types, Part B involve more thinking and Part C involve more complicated type problems. You are expected to solve all 15 in preparation for the upcoming evaluations.
You will have time to work on your investigations today. We will also do a consolidation lesson on your investigations - learning the relationship between slope / area on velocity-time graphs.
Today we are working on the Finding Distances and Graphing Velocity-Time graphs assignment (Search for the Peanut) - see previous day for the download. The Super-Turtle lesson is key for this assignment. Acceleration InvestigationToday we are also performing a uniform acceleration investigation - likely just the collection of the data; we can do the analysis tomorrow. You can download the investigation sheet below.
